How does the trial work?
Seven days, with a payment method on file. It converts to your chosen plan at the end unless you cancel first, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any point during the trial without being charged.
What is an AI credit?
Credits measure AI work: drafting, research, and reading posts from X for engage feeds and the reply inbox. A drafted post is about 3 credits. Publishing, scheduling and approving never need credits, and your Usage page shows exactly what is left.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You get a heads-up at 80%. At 100%, AI work pauses until your month resets, and everything you already scheduled still publishes. Upgrade at any time if you need more that month.
What does a brand workspace actually separate?
Everything: knowledge and data sources, voice, audience, goals, connected accounts, schedule, analytics and agent permissions. Your personal brand, your product and each client never bleed into each other.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from Billing at any time. Credits are shared across all the workspaces you own.
Do I have to let it post on its own?
No. Every post and reply waits for your approval, whether you drafted it in the app or your AI assistant did. Once approved, a post publishes at its scheduled time.
Will it sound like me, or like AI?

How is this different from ChatGPT?
